The documentary film TREIBSTOFF accompanies the Viennese wagon company of the same name for a year.

We experience the great endeavours of the inhabitants of the car to initiate a political solution for their experimental way of life, let them speak about their hopes, wishes, motivations, fears and anger and move with them like an odyssey from wasteland to wasteland.

The landowners mostly don't want to know anything about this alternative way of life and all give the same reason why the car park can't stay:
