Studierte Sportwissenschaft und Geographie und machte eine dreijährige Fotographie Ausbildung bei Georg Klenovsky.
Worked as a travel journalist until 2006 (Asia, Ireland, and the British Isles) and gave multimedia presentations about the countries he visited until 2007.
Has worked as a freelance filmmaker since 2007.
He also works as a father and has two daughters.

Studied editing at the Film Academy and
Theater, Film, and Media Studies at the University of Vienna.
Completed both degrees in 2015.
